Installation Project Manager – Dayton, Ohio

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Dayton area to identify an Installation Project Manager who will oversee field-based installation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

* Conduct routine visits to stores and active job sites to support installation projects
* Serve as the primary point of contact for installers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
* Communicate directly with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
* Monitor installation progress to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines are met
* Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, coordinating next steps as needed
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear status updates to internal stakeholders
* Support continuous improvement of installation processes and customer experience

Required Experience

Qualifications
* Experience in installation management, project coordination, construction, field services, or related operations
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Comfortable working in a field-based role with local travel
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
* Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
