Entry-level position responsible for assisting in the estimation process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects under the guidance of senior estimators or project
managers.
The Superintendent will manage all field staff, subcontractors and vendors. You will oversee all activities to successfully complete a single project of varying complexity. You will work as a part of a Project Team to produce a quality project on time and within a project budget.
As the Director of MEP Services, you will coordinate the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical aspects of the project from pre-construction through construction and post-construction phases. You will also assist the Project Team in all phases of the project.
