The Chart Retrieval Specialist will manage the day-to-day activities associated with obtaining medical records from healthcare facilities and provider offices. This includes coordinating on-site retrieval appointments, scanning and uploading records, processing incoming correspondence, maintaining accurate tracking logs, reconciling outstanding records, and following up with provider offices to ensure records are received within established timelines.
This role will work closely with program leadership as well as internal departments, healthcare providers, and external business partners to coordinate retrieval efforts and meet project goals.
