Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
• Manage day-to-day invoicing and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare, process, track, and follow up on invoices and payments
• Help maintain accurate financial and administrative records
• Track employee PTO, sick time, and other time-off information
• Assist with employee and administrative documentation
• Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for incoming client calls and inquiries
• Help coordinate information and communication between clients, employees, and internal team members
• Utilize technology and company systems to organize information and improve efficiency
• Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and administrative projects
• Support social media efforts, including helping develop and post company updates
• Assist with basic marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Help with special projects and new initiatives as the company continues to expand
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make the day-to-day operation more efficient
• Take on new responsibilities as the organization grows

Required Experience

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related accounting/administrative functions
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers, records, and financial information
• Experience tracking employee PTO, sick time, or other employee-related records is a plus
• Strong computer and technology skills; someone who is comfortable learning new software and systems
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, personable approach
• Ability to handle client calls and interact comfortably with a variety of people
• A self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to do every step of the way
• Energetic, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, growing environment
• A genuine interest in learning, contributing, and taking on additional responsibility
