We’re looking for a Recruiting Support Specialist who wants to sink their teeth into the recruiting world and become an important part of our team. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be handed a list of tasks each day. We’re looking for a self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset who enjoys figuring things out, connecting with people, and looking for new ways to make things happen.
This position will touch many different areas of our business. You’ll support our recruiting team in the day-to-day effort of finding and attracting great talent, help develop creative ways to reach candidates, and bring new ideas to how we approach recruiting and candidate outreach. You’ll also have an opportunity to help with marketing, social media, email campaigns, market development, and ideas for expanding the SGC brand beyond our Central PA roots.
