This is an opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who knows how to take ownership of a project in the field and drive it from groundbreaking through successful completion. The ideal candidate understands what it takes to manage a major project from a General Contractor’s perspective—coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining schedule and quality, enforcing safety standards, anticipating challenges, and keeping the project moving while maintaining strong relationships with owners and project stakeholders. This is a highly visible role for a Superintendent who takes pride in getting the job done on time, safely, within budget, and to the owner’s expectations.
