Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications to support sales growth.
Prepare and review pricing proposals, estimates, and sales documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and business opportunities.
Work independently to manage schedules, appointments, and territory planning.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and service expectations are met.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions.
Participate in industry events, trade associations, and networking opportunities to support business development efforts.
Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and market developments through ongoing training and professional development.
Meet established sales goals and performance expectations.
Support company initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, technical, or service-related sales environments. Familiarity with rotating equipment, repair services, maintenance operations, or industrial systems is highly preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or commercial customers. Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent industry experience preferred. Previous outside sales or business development experience strongly preferred.
