The HVAC / Plumbing Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service operations for residential and commercial projects, including estimating, scheduling, technician dispatch, customer satisfaction, and project management. This role works closely with executive leadership, accounting, and field staff to ensure efficient workflows, accurate billing, strong client relationships, and consistent service quality.
