The Service Manager will run the day-to-day HVAC Service Operations.


* Estimate and manage residential and commercial service projects.
* Schedule and dispatch service technicians.
* Implement software solutions for service and dispatch.
* Manage customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate relationships with current customers.
* Assist with purchasing and inventory control.
* Cultivate relationships within customers and clients to increase company awareness.
* Generate leads for new HVAC/Plumbing service work, both residential and commercial.
* Identify and collaborate to pursue or pass along business opportunities for other divisions of the company.
* Work to improve estimating and job tracking processes, increase detail in bids and invoices and timeliness and accuracy of billing.

Required Experience

* High school graduate or GED required.
* Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience required.
* Five years experience in supervising HVAC/Plumbing service preferred.
* Ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge in mechanical construction and or/service.
* Experience with sales and/or business development.
* Must possess a valid PA driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation and a working telephone.
* Interpersonal skills necessary in order to effectively communicate with co-workers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and municipal officials
