This leadership role is based in Kenton, Ohio and is ideal for an experienced door installer ready to take ownership of projects and lead a crew.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead residential door installation crews day to day
• Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and customer standards
• Train and mentor Helpers into skilled installers and future Crew Leads
• Manage job flow, materials, and on-site execution
• Serve as the lead point of contact on job sites

Required Experience

What We’re Looking For
• Proven door installation experience
• Prior leadership or crew supervision experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• EPA Lead-Based Paint (RRP) / LEAD Certification require
