Staff/Senior Accountant (Tax & Audit)

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Accountants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and review individual, corporate, and/or partnership tax returns
* Assist with audit engagements, financial statement preparation, and supporting documentation
* Reconcile accounts, maintain general ledgers, and ensure financial accuracy
* Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities
* Support month-end and year-end close processes
* Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial information
* Stay current with accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

Required Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
* CPA license welcome but not required
* Experience in tax preparation, audit, or public accounting strongly preferred
* Internship or entry-level accounting experience acceptable for junior candidates
* Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
* High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
