Sr. Commercial Construction PM – Berwyn, PA

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and overall performance objectives
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, estimators, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare and distribute project documentation including progress updates, financial reports, and scheduling adjustments
Monitor labor hours, project costs, and scope changes while identifying solutions to maintain profitability and timelines
Lead communication with clients regarding project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
Participate in contract negotiations, change order management, and project budgeting activities
Support preconstruction planning, procurement efforts, and subcontractor selection processes
Oversee and mentor project support staff and junior project team members
Ensure jobsite safety compliance through planning sessions, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
Assist with estimating efforts, bid reviews, and project forecasting as needed

Required Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
3–7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Experience overseeing projects valued at $5M+ preferred
Strong knowledge of project management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications preferred
Willingness to travel periodically and work extended hours when project demands require
