Contribute to the development and evolution of a scalable design system and reusable interaction patterns.
Help establish consistent and accessible experiences across the product.
Use product analytics and other available data to understand how users interact with products and evaluate the impact of design decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve usability, adoption, engagement, and overall customer satisfaction.
Use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to explore concepts, generate variations, test interactions, and accelerate the design process.
Apply appropriate human oversight when using AI, particularly when working with customer information, research data, accessibility, or design decisions that could affect users.
Work with Product and Engineering to balance user needs, technical feasibility, business objectives, accessibility, and development effort.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to UX standards and best practices.
Mentor less experienced designers and share knowledge, processes, and design techniques with the broader team.

Familiarity with product analytics and the ability to use behavioral data to inform design decisions.
Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines.
Experience working within an Agile or similar cross-functional product development environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.
