Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support high-volume hiring for operational roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of frontline positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for roles such as light industrial workers, equipment operators, and commercial drivers, preferably within a staffing or agency setting. This position is primarily onsite to support close collaboration with operations teams and candidates, though limited remote flexibility may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operational roles.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for positions such as light industrial workers, equipment operators, and commercial drivers.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Maintain a consistent hiring pace to support weekly hiring targets.
Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with internal stakeholders and operational leadership.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Track recruiting activity and maintain organized documentation within recruiting systems.
Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.

Required Experience

Experience recruiting for high-volume operational or industrial roles.
Background working in a staffing agency or similar fast-paced recruiting environment preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple openings and maintain a steady hiring cadence.
Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
