Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
Respond to service calls and efficiently identify the source of plumbing issues.
Recommend and clearly explain repair options to customers.
Provide professional, courteous, and customer-focused service throughout each service call.
Complete plumbing repairs and service work in accordance with applicable codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and customer information.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and service management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle.
Properly maintain and organize tools and equipment.
Work independently in the field while also collaborating with other technicians and team members when needed.
Identify additional plumbing issues or potential concerns and communicate them appropriately to the customer and company.
Follow all company safety policies and applicable plumbing, building, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 3 years of plumbing service experience required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify and resolve plumbing issues.
Experience servicing and repairing residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain plumbing issues and repair options clearly to customers.
Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.
Ability to maintain accurate service documentation and follow established procedures.
