A well-established construction organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its Preconstruction and Estimating functions. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for teams responsible for budgeting, estimating, and delivering preconstruction services to clients. The position plays a key role in guiding projects from the early planning and design stages through final pricing and contract execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction industry experience, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and internal operations staff.
