The Grants Systems Administrator is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically skilled professional who will serve as a key partner in strengthening data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. This role works closely with executive leadership to improve how data is used to inform grantmaking decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, ensure compliance, and identify unmet needs across the Commonwealth.

This individual partners with both technical and non-technical teams to organize large datasets, automate data flows, and create user-friendly reporting tools. Success in the role requires balancing independent problem-solving with collaborative communication, while maintaining strong attention to data accuracy, accessibility, and long-term maintainability of systems.
