We are seeking experienced Risk Adjustment Coders to support upcoming audit and validation initiatives within a healthcare environment. This contract opportunity will focus on reviewing medical documentation, validating diagnosis coding accuracy, and supporting risk adjustment audit processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of risk adjustment coding methodologies, hold an active CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) certification, and have previous experience supporting healthcare payer or audit-related projects.
