HR Administrative Assistant

The HR Administrative Assistant will serve as the HR support dedicated to housekeeping and organizing our team member records for the HR Staff; as well as perform administrative tasks and services to maintain effective and efficient operations of the HR Department.

Responsibilities

This role requires outstanding resourcefulness, superior attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with staff and customers is imperative. The ability to display situational adaptability is required.

Acts as a custodian and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Assist with the streamlining and simplification of processes to ensure efficient HR operations; support various projects as needed.
Proactively provides clerical support to the HR Staff.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively, while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work positively and productively in fast-paced environment.
• High level of proficiency in use of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels in production and support areas
• Outstanding communication skills: verbal and written
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, activities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (must know how to file).
• Display self-awareness.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
