• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate the execution of project activities, tasks, and milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery of project outcomes.
• Build and lead project teams, including assigning roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and direction, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support the effective execution of project activities.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues, and solicit feedback and input as needed.
• Establish and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that project deliverables are met.
• Facilitate change management processes to assess and evaluate proposed changes and implement approved changes in a controlled manner.
• Define and manage project scope, including identifying and documenting requirements, managing scope changes, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints.
* 5-10 years of managing high profile projects
* Business analysis and change management skills are critical.
* Experience with multiple project management frameworks and methodologies.
