Internal Marketing Manager

The Internal Marketing Manager is critical to promoting culture through the organization and community, providing consistency in brand representation.

Responsibilities

Execute planned corporate campaigns while working cross functionally across departments, focusing on key company initiatives, i.e safety, food safety, quality
Create and maintain digital content for corporate campaigns, promotions, events and activity
Manage existing communication technology, as well as explore new technology to communicate across departments and facilities
Help with facilitation, marketing and hosting of events
Analyze internal marketing efforts to maximize efficiency and make improvements as needed
Manage swag inventory and spend
Implement visual branding aids across facilities to align team members with company vision, goals and brand standards
Oversee the use of internal communication tools for consistent brand representation and execution
Act as the marketing liaison for all internal marketing needs, as well as all external community involvement for review and approval.
Consistently scheduled interaction and check in with key areas (HR and OPS) to ensure open communication and priority messaging

Required Experience

Required Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience as a Marketing or Communications Manager with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation.
Proficiency in photography, videography, photo and video editing, and graphic design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Event Planning Experience is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) a must

The Process Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for complex problem-solving activities in the areas of manufacturing and new product implementation. Oversees the safety of the job site and makes sure all toolbox talks are completed weekly. If there are any special safety concerns, makes owners and office aware of them.
The Crystal Reports Developer will take charge of the design, development, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the Presentation, Database, and Reporting Tiers.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, pay and benefit administration, payroll support, leave management, and compliance. This role will require a dedicated and proactive partner that will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, while collaborating closely with team members to ensure HR practices are compliant.
