IT Analyst Manager

The IT Analyst Manager oversees IT projects and relationships and requires extensive project management experience.

Responsibilities

* Prepares and executes projects and work plans.
* Develops detailed system requirements, change requests, and test plans.
* Performs 2nd level support activities to monitor, track, and resolve issues.
* Works with end-users to understand problems and issues thoroughly and guides systems developers based on user needs.
* Prioritizes user problems and design requests.
* Describes detailed problems and approaches to end-users in a non-technical manner. Reviews and revises documentation accordingly.
* Prepares and presents materials to stakeholders, including project plans, analysis, presentations, and business metrics.
* Works closely with stakeholders. Effectively communicates with team members, management, and vendors.
* Tracks team progress toward project plan goals.

Required Experience

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project are required.
 Intermediate to advanced skills in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau are required.
 Five years of project management, including three years of personnel management.
 Seven years of work experience in a technology-related field is required.
 Some travel statewide may be required.
 Driver’s license required.
 A satisfactory criminal check is required
