• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and sources.
• Design, create, and execute ETL jobs using SSIS to integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues reported through ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, provide analytical support, and deliver actionable insights to support business objectives.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data models, schemas, and structures to support performant reporting and analytics needs.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications related to data management and ETL workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management, analytics, and ETL tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Proven technical experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SQL database management, query optimization, and ETL development using SSIS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in writing complex T-SQL queries, views and stored procedures for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines using SSIS or similar ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and experience in handling data-related issues and requests through such systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
