Construction Operations Manager

The Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for the “get work done” construction function of the companies. The individual filling this role sits on the company’s leadership team.

Responsibilities

· Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable all personnel involved in construction operations.

· Fully embrace company values, mission, and vision.

· Plan work to be completed.

· Execute the plan safely. The goal is zero recordable injuries.

· Deliver projects on time meeting customers’ schedule requirements.

· Build projects at or under budget.

· Complete work that meets the required quality standards and results in no punch list.

· Acquire and allocate resources; people, equipment, and materials; to complete work efficiently and achieve desired utilization.

· Prepare the organization for scalable and sustainable growth.

· Contribute to leading the company.

Required Experience

· A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

· An acceptable motor vehicle record

· 20 years of experience leading commercial building and/or small bridge construction

· An engineering degree in a related field is desired but not required
