Commercial Construction Superintendent

Seeking Commercial Construction experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Prepare schedule and timelines
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Work closely with subcontractors
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
