Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman with strong commercial electrical experience to lead and manage a team of electricians on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a team of electricians on commercial construction and renovation projects
* Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to coordinate daily assignments for electricians and apprentices
* Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for commercial electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate progress, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
* Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage for commercial projects
* Train and mentor electricians and apprentices, promoting skill development, safety awareness, and knowledge of commercial electrical systems

Monitor job site conditions and enforce proper safety protocols

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to commercial specifications

Assist with scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and materials as needed

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

Required Experience

* Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
* 5+ years of field electrical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role, including commercial construction experience
* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installation, and troubleshooting
* Experience reading and interpreting commercial blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
* Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
* Proficiency with project documentation, time tracking, and basic computer applications
