Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, promotional, and content channels.
Develop marketing materials and customer-facing content that effectively promote products, brands, and partner organizations.
Coordinate creative development from concept through final execution.
Support the marketing and promotional needs of multiple brands, vendors, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
Plan and execute customer-facing events, trade events, promotional programs, and special marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets, outside vendors, agencies, and other marketing resources as needed.
Develop new marketing processes, programs, and capabilities to strengthen the overall marketing function.
Work closely with Sales and other business teams to ensure marketing initiatives support customer and revenue objectives.
Help build and maintain a consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.
Skills & Background Needed
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience with demonstrated campaign ownership.
Experience marketing products, brands, vendors, manufacturers, or consumer-facing offerings.
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, including social media, email, print, promotions, and content.
Experience developing campaigns from initial concept through execution and measurement.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to translate ideas into compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience working with outside vendors, creative partners, agencies, or brand partners.
Comfortable using marketing data and analytics to measure performance and guide decisions.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move projects forward without needing extensive direction.
Collaborative, confident, and comfortable working across multiple departments and with external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
