An established, multi-site industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership across its manufacturing network. This role will lead operational strategy, manufacturing performance, continuous improvement, capital planning, and organizational scalability while partnering closely with the President and senior leadership team.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with experience managing complex, multi-site manufacturing environments and a strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, safety, quality, and financial performance.
