This position plays a critical role in identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of frontline positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience recruiting for roles such as light industrial workers, equipment operators, and commercial drivers, preferably within a staffing or agency setting.
This position is primarily onsite to support close collaboration with operations teams and candidates, though limited remote flexibility may be considered.
