I started my recruiting career in 2022 after realizing I wanted a career that allowed me to work with people, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact. I quickly found that recruiting was a natural fit. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, learning about their careers and goals, and helping connect them with opportunities that make sense for where they want to go next.
I joined Susan Graham Consulting in 2025, and what stood out to me immediately was the culture. SGC is truly a close-knit team that feels like a family. Everyone supports one another, celebrates each other’s successes, and genuinely wants to see each other do well. That same relationship-focused approach carries over into the way we work with our candidates and clients. We take the time to get to know the people we work with, understand what matters to them, and build relationships that go far beyond filling a position.
Susan has created a culture where people come first, and I think that foundation is a big part of what has made SGC so successful. There is a real sense of teamwork here, and I’m proud to be part of a company where everyone cares about the work we do and the people we do it for.
One of my favorite things about recruiting is that no two days are the same. I have the opportunity to work with candidates and clients across a variety of industries and positions, and I’m constantly learning something new. I take pride in asking the right questions and, more importantly, really listening to the answers. The better I understand what someone is looking for, the more intentional I can be about finding the right fit.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping someone take the next step in their career and knowing I played a role in making a connection that can have a lasting impact. I also love getting to know our clients, understanding what makes their organizations and cultures unique, and finding people who will become a great addition to their teams.
I’m proud to be part of Susan Graham Consulting and to work alongside a team that values relationships, communication, and doing things the right way. Outside of work, I live in North Carolina but grew up in Central Pennsylvania. I love to travel and am always looking for an excuse to explore somewhere new. At home, I’m usually spending time with my two dogs, Alexa and Tucker!
