I met Susan and Ali a few years ago to talk about a recruiting opportunity but decided to take some time off from the field to be a stay-at-home mom. Fast forward, 5 years later, I wasn’t necessarily looking to get back into the Recruiting field but ended up bumping into Susan and Ali at lunch one day. One thing led to another and here I am! It didn’t take long for me to realize that this is where I should have been all along. In my 10+ years of recruiting, I have never felt more welcomed as a team/family than I do with SGC. The team at SGC is truly amazing!
I am a busy wife and mom of 3 active children. The term “Soccer Mom” describes me best. My weeknights and weekends are spent watching my children compete (and husband coach) on a soccer field. We have traveled to Salt Lake City, Tampa, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis to name a few, to watch different soccer events. Although it can be tiring, watching them grow, playing a sport they love is something that I can never get enough of.
I have worked in the recruiting field for over 10 years, both in Staffing and Corporate environments. My recruiting background ranges from administrative, manufacturing, healthcare, nursing, and IT. My diverse background has given me an opportunity to learn and understand different industries. Building connections and relationships is something that I love to do. Finding that “right fit” for a candidate and organization, is one of the most rewarding feelings to receive as a Recruiter. I am committed and looking forward to connecting and helping you find that “right fit”.
