Part-Time: ~15-20 hours per week (must be available for some daytime hours)

This positions is responsible for supporting the team with administrative, tactical and analytics components of primary research studies.

This includes supporting (sometimes daily) project management tasks, interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations/sharing implications based upon research findings.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess critical thinking, analytical skills, and be able to apply appropriate research methodologies
  • Ideally be deadline driven, while having flexible thinking and problem solving skills
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand/document business objectives
  • Assist with designing and developing questionnaires, discussion guides, and the like
  • Analyze/interpret data to communicate findings, and actionable insights
  • Project manage some research initiatives
  • Be able to assess/estimate the appropriate level of effort/time needed to complete work as planned and manage time accordingly
  • Be able to work independently or collaboratively

Be detail-oriented and curious about what drives people’s perceptions, opinions, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors



Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of and experience working with statistical software (such as SPSS, or Advanced Excel)
  • Moderate to high proficiency using Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of online survey software (specifically Qualtrics) including programming, data reporting and analysis, creating dashboards, and using CX suite/tools
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to use data/information to convey clear, concise research findings
  • Health care/health insurance market research knowledge is strongly preferred, related in particular to:
  • Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) surveys
  • QHP Enrollee Experience Surveys
  • Voice of the Customer programs across various channels and methodologies
  • Online market research communities (MROC or eCommunities)
