This position will have direct responsibilities over one or more high profile key accounts with responsibility for maintaining and growing the business. They will need to ensure these customers derive the maximum value from our relationship, including developing strategies around new items, promotions, merchandising, and beyond. It will be key for the individual to be an ambassador of the brand, an expert in product knowledge, and a strong customer advocate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers.
  • Grow and support all aspects of the customer’s account.
  • Communicate with customers at a senior level regarding all issues or inquiries.
  • Maintain good internal communications to relay customer feedback and identify updates that should be shared with customers.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support customer and internal initiatives.
  • Work with customers to utilize available products to add value where possible.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to establish goals and projects.
  • Lead key initiatives and projects to support sales and customer service goals.
  • Support sales forecasts and interpret sales data.
