We have an excellent opportunity for a Help Desk professional.  In this role, you will have an opportunity to field and troubleshoot tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues.  The successful candidate will need to be able to interpret documentation and have solid troubleshooting skills. We are looking for entry to mid level experience would be ideal and will need to check system alerts (backup, cyber, health).  Salary DOE.
