This position will be responsible for assisting in the development of digital marketing strategies by studying economic indicators and identifying customers and their current and future needs. Create, implement, and measure the success of digital, comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance the organization’s image and position within the marketplace. Responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of all organizational and affiliated companies digital marketing strategies and marketing communications both internal and external, under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This person will need to create strategic digital campaigns, have strong technical abilities, and be able to apply his/her comprehensive functional knowledge of marketing to be a key contributor to the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate long-form digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Social Media Management: Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence tracking, measuring, and analyzing all initiatives exhibiting social media ROI
- Website Management: Update websites both internally and externally; ability to write custom website code, when needed, is preferred (HTML)
- SEO/PPC: Working knowledge of search engine optimization and pay-per-click campaigns; experience with Google Analytics required, GA4 experience is preferred; ability to analyze monthly analytics reports and recommend strategic approach based on data
- Email Marketing: Conduct user research, compose email campaigns, manage all scheduling and sending
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or related field; experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Portfolio of creative work demonstrating experience in digital design and strategy or marketing campaign creation and supporting functions
- Ability to display proficiency in web development, social media management, Google Analytics, SEO/PPC, and email marketing is mandatory
- Proven strategic planning experience, preferably 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and in a marketing department or agency setting
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Familiarity with all digital (desktop/tablet/mobile/etc.) best practices
