We have an immediate full-time position for someone with accounting experience or an accounting degree, analytical in nature and someone who has demonstrated excellent customer service experience.

  • Manage and maintain vendor partner incentives, including but not limited to validation, loading, updating, removing, and monitoring of rebate programs.
  • Send data transmissions via various resources, including vendor partner portals, web links, and email.
  • Effectively communicate with Accounting Department, Credit Department, Purchasing Department and Sales Departments.
  • Timely and effective communication with Vendor Partners.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment.
  • Perform specialty reporting as needed.
