We have immediate Help Desk openings for Level 1 and Level II Support candidates.
- 8+ years experience in assisting Agents in providing first line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required.
- Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received „
- Representing the Service Desk at meetings „
- Arranging staff training and awareness sessions „
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 (ITIL)
