We have a need for an End User Support Specialist who will receive an incident ticket and respond on-site or telephone call. They would diagnose and determine the nature of the hardware or software problem. Trouble shoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Work with ServiceNow CMDB incident and change management request tickets. Deploy new workstation hardware and install software, reimage workstations using Windows MDT and backup/restore user data. The candidate will Create documented procedures for the installation of Olympus software and hardware. Perform Asset inventory and Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrades. Candidate must have good communication skills and Windows OS troubleshooting skills.
This position will require the resource to have a current valid drivers licence.
