We have an immediate need for a Help Desk Team Lead.

  • 8+ years experience in assisting Agents in providing first line support when workloads are high, or where additional experience is required.
  • Acting as an escalation point where difficult or controversial calls are received „
  • Representing the Service Desk at meetings „
  • Arranging staff training and awareness sessions „
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library V3 (ITIL)
