We have an immediate need for a Customer Service Trainer:

  • We need additional trainer to support the customer service classes expected over the summer and peak periods as well as support claims and account admin training
  • Responsible for the comprehensive training of essential skills and knowledge concerning customer service
  • Trains new customer service personnel in critical thinking skills, all products, policies, procedures, PC and Image
  • Promotes and reinforces approved company policies and procedures relative to servicing telephone and written communications
    • 2 or moreĀ  years of professional training experience
    • Experience and/or education in adult learning theory, needs assessment, evaluation and training techniques
    • Comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures applicable to customer service (call center) operations
    • Experience with call center phone systems as well as soft skill training
    • Comprehensive understanding of health insurance benefit programs and products in order to accurately explain to trainees
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and on-line reference sources needed to obtain information concerning inquiry topics
    • Familiar with the operation of a PC as well as other audio-visual aids for use in training programs
