I’ve always been a hard worker. I studied government and history at Franklin & Marshall College, where I graduated a semester early after doing three summer internships and taking classes at a community college. Immediately after college, I worked as a consultant at a manufacturing facility wearing steel-toed shoes, a hard hat and safety glasses. I’m so happy to be at Susan Graham Consulting, where my toes are much more comfortable!

I think I’ve been destined to work for Susan since our paths first crossed more than 15 years ago, when Susan worked in human resources at the company where my fiancé at the time (now my husband) was working. In fact, she hired him for the job! Susan told me about an opportunity in career services at a technical school across the street. I eventually got the job and would often send our best job candidates over to Susan. We’d have lunch together, and she eventually helped me get several other jobs during the first few years of my post-college career.

Fast-forward more than a decade, and I’ve gotten a lot of experience in many different fields. I worked in sales and marketing, communications, public relations and social media marketing at several different software companies and other companies before reconnecting with my mentor, Susan. I’m quickly settling in and finding a home at Susan Graham Consulting as a Recruiting Sourcer.

I live in Dillsburg with my husband, daughter, son and cat. In my spare time, I manage our church’s website, social media and marketing. I am also the PTO VP of communications at my children’s school. As a Girl Scout leader for my daughter’s troop, fundraising coordinator and day camp counselor, I am able to make a difference in a lot of young girls’ lives. I am a Girl Scout Lifetime Member and Gold Award recipient. I am thrilled to be sharing these experiences with my daughter and look forward to making many memories with her. This is yet another reason why I value SGC’s dedication to giving back, because, as the Girl Scout Promise says, it’s important to “help people at all times.”

In my spare time, I also enjoy yoga, reading, gardening (flowers and vegetables) and cooking meals as a family.

I enjoy meeting new people and cultivating relationships. I like being the liaison between candidates and companies to find the perfect fit for both!
